You make a list of individual accomplishments, then add the perfect game and the 250 yard rushing game. Both of those are team accomplishments.

The hat trick for soccer personally isn't as hard as hockey. The nets are so big, and there's NO CONTACT. Especially with the equipment goalies wear in the nhl now. You need the perfect shot to go in these days.

I think the perfect baseball game is a bit of a stretch, since it often requires a team. I do agree with the exclusion of 147 in snooker, 9-dart finish, and 300 in bowling however because that just means perfection in sports built on the concept. I think the most impressive is the 4 minute mile because it's 100 percent personal - nothing interferes with you so it's all physical based.

the reason why the perfect game is much more prevalent in baseball is there's been a shift in team priorities. since the mid to late 2000's, there's been more emphasis put on defense, as opposed to bats. this strategy has given way to teams building up impenetrable defenses in both the starting rotation and in the bullpen, with even closers (a bullpen pitcher who only throws for a single inning, and always the final inning in typically close game or "save" situations) are commanding incredibly large salaries. one look at the indians, the dodgers and even the yankees, you'll see that the stars are quite larger with the pitching squad. therefore, talented pitchers plus talented fielders.... it's a recipe for a perfect game. make no mistake, however.... it's still the absolute hardest feat to achieve in baseball.

I'd say a hole in one is the hardest achievement in sport. You need to take into consider wind direction and speed. If it's raining that will effect the balls distance traveled in the air and then its role on the green. Then on top of all that there is the roll on the green which is hardly ever flat.

double-eagles/albatrosses are rarer in golf than a hole-in-one. an albatross is what you could call the hole-in-one on a par 4; or a hole-out with the second swing on a par 5.

I've read many commenting on Lemieux' scoring 5 goals five different ways in one game.  I'll go out on a limb and say Messier's 'called shot' ("guaranteeing" a Rangers win in Game 6 versus the Devils in '94 to get back to the Garden for Game 7), then Messier going out in that game 6 and scoring a natural playoff hat trick in the third period (plus an assist in the second period, giving Mess a hand in all four Rangers goals in a 4-2 Rangers win).  Messier did not make any guarantees for Game 7 (which has got to be in the top 5 greatest NHL playoff games of all time).

I think Kobi's 81 points are more significant than Wilt's 100 points. I'm not taking anything away from Wilt but the competition compared to him at the time was far below his talent. Wilt was figuratively playing against high school men who weren't even remotely close to Wilt's skill level. At least Kobi made his points against players who were way better overall than players from the 60's.

Maybe it's too specific, but what about Mario's 5 goals 5 different ways, or even 5 goals in hockey in general. While 5 goal games have been done dozens of time in the past, in the 21st century (aka the dead puck age) it's only happened twice. Also only 8 players have done it twice. It's fast becoming one of the greatest accomplishments in sports.
