    I would like to just ask the chefs that claim to have studied in europe for years a simple question in italian or whatever language is spoken in the country they claim to have worked in. Cause especially in France and Italy people won't speak english with you all day if you live there. Shitty little liars always claim to have studied under the best chefs but can't name Gordon a single one every time.

    When you watch many of these clips, you find that the owner(s) blame the staff and act all surprised. However, the truth of the matter is that the blame lyes on them too. It's their fault(s) for not managing their own restaurant and employees. Blaming it on your staff alone is complete ludicrous!

    I purchased frozen blintzes from trader Joe's. I then made a fresh mixed berry reduction for it. I was so disgusted by the blintz that I just made one from scratch. Frozen anything just doesn't taste good when you love fresh. With the statistics of restaurants closing you'd think people would be smarter

    I do enjoy these kind of videos Ramsey does, but he could portray his feelings about whatever food in a more appropriate and respectful manner, without bashing and embarrassing the owners and the chefs..
